San Francisco · Consumer health
I’m Zach Teiger, the founder of Abundant Endeavors — a community of founders, investors, operators, and thought leaders in consumer health — and of the Consumer Health Conference at Stanford Medicine.
What I care about
Community. Holistic health. Joy.
I think physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being are one subject, not four. Everything I work on is a different attempt at the same thing.

How I got here

I grew up the oldest of three brothers, with parents who both hold master’s degrees in Spiritual Psychology. Days and nights were filled with tools for communication, introspection, discipline, and intention. At a young age, I under-appreciated all of it.
Today I use those tools to pursue entrepreneurship in consumer health and wellness. Scaling DoorDash’s grocery segment from $1M to $400M in annual revenue proved I can build businesses. Personal experience reinforced the power of investing in physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. My childhood made it clear where to focus: helping others do the same.
What I’m building now
01
I founded it in 2025 and hosted the first one in February 2026. I’m running the second in February 2027 — same mission, bigger room, after a first year that filled Berg Hall and sold out in a week.
02
I’m building the pre-eminent community of founders, investors, executives, and thought leaders in consumer health — people making a real difference in how others live. Private, by referral, and built around what members actually need from each other.
03
I’m the general manager. HIL is a joint venture between Fitt Insider and Eudēmonia — a B2B room of founders, investors, and operators, built for intentional introductions and for setting your own health goals alongside the business ones. Year two runs 5–8 November 2026 in West Palm Beach.
Consumer Health Conference @ Stanford Medicine
Second annual · February 2027 · Berg Hall, Li Ka Shing Center, Stanford
We spend more on our health than ever, and population health outcomes haven’t moved with that spending. I started the conference to close that gap: evidence over hype, focused on what people actually use before they become patients. I founded it in 2025 and hosted the first one in February 2026.

What I learned building it
The room
I book the talks. The hallway is what I’m really after.

Outside of work
Travelling, the gym, basketball, and cooking for people.
The same idea as the rest of it, in smaller form. I don’t think you practise any of this alone, which is most of why I keep building rooms for people to be in.
